Planning for instruction plays an integral role for
the foundation of every excellent lesson. This is so, because it assist in
keeping the teacher organised so when the lesson is being taught the teacher
will be confident as to the information that he/she would be providing to the
children. Additionally, with the introduction of Universal Secondary Education,
the teacher would be able to plan a lesson which caters to all students based
on their exceptionalities.
The introduction of U.S.E groups students on their learning capabilities for examples:(levels 1,2,3 and 4)which would make the planning effective rather than having all four levels in one class setting.
Since technology is becoming more rooted in our
culture, teachers
should try to provide learners with pertinent and contemporary
experiences that allow them to be successfully engage with technology and prepare them for life after school, and so including ICT's (Information and Communications Technology) in the instruction process makes it more valuable. ICT's refers to all the technology used to handle telecommunications, broadcast media, intelligent building management systems, audiovisual processing and transmission systems, and network-based control and monitoring functions (Techopedia. (n.d.). Retrieved September 27, 2015).
Therefore, once ICT's is used in the appropriate contexts in education it can add value in teaching and learning, by making the lesson more effective and it keeps the students informed and enhance their learning experience. ICT's may also be a significant motivational factor in students’ learning, and can support students’ engagement with collaborative learning.

How do you suggest Universal Education can help teachers to plan lessons for students including the ones with exceptionalities?
ReplyDeleteBased on your question asked, i have added to the above sentence on planning for universal students, I am kindly asking if u can re-read and let me know if the question asked was answered
DeleteAlong with being organised, I believe that it is also necessary for the instructor to do thorough web research so that he/she knows their content so that the information being passed on is authentic and it shows credibility.
